1. Digital Product Sales

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

All digital products sold on our platform (including but not limited to e-learning modules, templates, downloadable resources, toolkits, guides, and digital assets) are non-tangible and irrevocable goods. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not generally accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been successfully completed.

Customer Responsibility

  • We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, previews, specifications, and requirements before purchase.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the digital product is compatible with their system and meets their expectations as outlined in the product description.

Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Circumstances)

Refunds for digital products may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Accidental duplicate purchase (charged twice for the same product).
  2. Technical issues that prevent the customer from accessing the purchased product despite following all recommended troubleshooting steps, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  3. Incorrect product delivery due to an internal error on our end (e.g., customer receives the wrong digital file).

2. Services (Digital Marketing & Business Consulting)

Nature of Services

Our marketing and consulting services require significant preparation, expertise, and allocation of dedicated time and resources. Because of this customized and labor-intensive nature, refunds are restricted.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Consulting Services: Once a session has been booked and delivered (fully or partially), refunds are not available. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ prior notice. Rescheduling is subject to consultant availability.
  • Digital Marketing Services: Refunds are not offered once the campaign strategy, research, or execution work has commenced. Marketing service retainers, packages, or ongoing projects are governed by specific service agreements or contracts, which detail cancellation and refund terms.
  • Missed Appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled consulting session without prior notice will be considered a completed session, and no refund or reschedule will apply.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds (partial or proportional) may be approved only if:

  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues on our end.
  • A technical or administrative error prevents service delivery, and we are at fault.

3. No Physical Returns or Shipping

Please note:

  • As we deal only in digital goods and professional services, no physical products are shipped to customers.
  • Therefore, traditional return or exchange mechanisms (like shipping items back) are not applicable and will not be entertained.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe your case qualifies for a refund:

  2. Our support team will review your request within 3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will initiate the refund, which will typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.
